This is an essay question. Describe the relationship between law and ethics, and speculate as to why they are lumped together at yahoo answers. Compare and contrast, if it helps your argument, but I’m more interested in the _relationship_ between them than their similarities and differences, or in simple definitions.

I am really interested in the government, government coverups, conspiracy theories and what not and im curious to have a career in this area but i dont know what i would major in or what classes i would take in college or even if this type of career exists. any info would help huge thanks a lot.

I have to write a speech on conspiracy theories. However, I have to include RELIABLE references. which is almost a paradox for the topic. So i was wondering if people can post some sites that are useful and informative.

I heard an interview with James Van Allen not too long after the Fox tv moon landing conspiracy theory show. He was incensed that people could even go there. What is the psychology behind far-fetched conspiacy theories anyway? Attempt to have a little control or otherwise meaning for things beyong their control or understanding?

I’ve heard of people saying he’s an Arab and a Muslim, Barrack Obama was used by Bill Ayres to undermine the nation, and that the Democrats engineered the financial crisis to occur right before election so he could win.

One element of the media’s focus over the last hundred years has been to discredit any theory which can be classified as a “conspiracy.” As a result many people have come to view conspiracy theories with suspicion, rather than viewing government with suspicion. This is a very strange reversal of human opinion, and it is important to note that this is a very recent development in the history of mankind. Conspiracies have driven political direction since the beginning of civilization, and are the rule rather than the exception. It is a testament to the power of modern media that over the course of the last hundred years, a carefully controlled media has been able to condition the population into the belief that conspiracies are the last resort of those citizens who are either paranoid or unable to explain their own failures by any other means.
