I have been looking at different questions and answers concerning credit and how something negative will be erased from your report after seven years. Some people are saying it’s 7 years after the start of the account, some are saying 7 years after the last payment. What is the truth and where can I find it for myself? I am trying to get my credit established and I want to know all that I should now.
