I am really interested in the government, government coverups, conspiracy theories and what not and im curious to have a career in this area but i dont know what i would major in or what classes i would take in college or even if this type of career exists. any info would help huge thanks a lot.

Do you trust those conspiracy theories, or think there might be atleast an element of truth to them?

I have to write a speech on conspiracy theories. However, I have to include RELIABLE references. which is almost a paradox for the topic. So i was wondering if people can post some sites that are useful and informative.

In relation to the moon landing.

I heard an interview with James Van Allen not too long after the Fox tv moon landing conspiracy theory show. He was incensed that people could even go there. What is the psychology behind far-fetched conspiacy theories anyway? Attempt to have a little control or otherwise meaning for things beyong their control or understanding?
